“The coat was okay. A little snug round the hips.
Sadly didn't get to wear it as there was a fault on the hem of the bib over the shoulders.
Coat returned and refunded with no issues.”
“Sadly the finishing tape on the inside of the coat which is at neck level was very rough and scratched the skin on my wifes neck.
My wife has to wear a scarf to stop the finishing tape scratching her neck.
Asked to return but since we had thrown away the tags we were told to send a picture and then NFC would forward that to the manufacturer.
Not great customer service so we will just put up with it but will not be buying again from NFC”
“The coat looks lovely and is well made apart from a ribbon around the internal neckline which is sharp and jagged. It may be a one-off not sewn properly. But I will be returning it for a replacement.”
“Brilliant price and fast delivery. Good fit, great length. Wind and waterproof but I layered up for extra warmth when dog walking. Left pocket had a hole in on arrival but I can mend that but this is why I gave four stars, otherwise this is a very good purchase. I bought the Plum colour and love it.”
