Haven't been out in rain yet to test how good it is at keeping water out but after hour long walk the inside lining of the coat across the shoulders and upper back area was very damp as was same area of my sweatshirt which was rather disappointing. I assume this is due to limited breathability of the main polyester coat fabric and is maybe the trade off of otherwise staying dry in wet weather.”
