“The coat arrived swiftly and I cannot fault the service in this respect. It is a good length and has proven to be waterproof, I find the zip is of extremely poor quality. The first time I wore it, it was easy to connect both zips at the bottom, however within a couple of days I was struggling to connect the right side of the coat right down to connect the two zips together!! I find this extremely annoying and have had to just fasten the press-studs when wearing it. I did have a Tayberry for several years and this never ever happened. My main concern is that it will eventually fall apart all together. Such a shame as I really like the coat. I am going to give it another week and then may send it back. Though I may perhaps have the bad one of a batch, I would not recommend it and don't think I will have it as long as my previous one..”
