“The coat was nicely made and looked really nice on. Unfortunately when I wore it to take the dog out in the rain I found it made me sweat a lot. Such a shame as I really like the coat. I will save it and wear it in the cool winter weather so not a complete waste hopefully, but I'm just a bit disappointed. The delivery service was very efficient.”
“Had one of these for about 14 months, worn maybe a dozen times, then the waterproofing seemed to vanish and I got drenched walking the dog. Contacted this place, since I bought it here, to ask if they could recommend a product to spray on or wash in to reproof the coat. They ignored me. Anyway, I eventually got some Nikwax Tech Wash & TX Direct, followed the instructions to no avail, the coat is about as waterproof as a colander. Not impressed with either product or retailer.”
