“I was extremely disappointed to find upon wearing the raincoat that it had a fastener missing on the hood. Most importantly I tried to repair it with the spare fasteners to find to my horror that they are not in pairs but only one side were sent.
I feel therefore that the raincoat is overpriced considering its sub-standard condition.
I did not return it because I have worn it and only noticed the missing fasteners when I tried to secure the hood in the rain.
Moreover I was extremely disappointed that the tgarment was allowed to leave your factory without first being checked.
