“I'm on my 5th coat now. Normally, I'd pay extra for a faster delivery, but this time I didn't and the coat came two days after ordering! Ideal for all those early morning walks with the dog. Don't expect them to last forever if you have to wear them many times a day for walking pets etc, but at these prices, you can replace them regularly. And,if like me, you often have to pick a dirty wee dog up, and get the coats messed up, if you have a hand-washing cycle on your washing machine, you can stick it on a wash, (No conditioner) and it washes up just fine.”
“Item is ok but the whole experience was terrible, not worth it again because of the hassle in trying to get the item. #Newforestclothing delivery was absolutely abominably confusing. @royalmail help was absolutely abominably useless. I would go else where as no one owned up to who was at fault. They both blamed each other”
“The coat is a tight fit compared to other coats of the same size/brand. The flaps on the top are very wide and look unbalanced/ top heavy. Not flattering and generally disappointing”
