“I’ve had to return two shirts I’ve purchased from you, and ask can you exchange them for the next size up, I’m awaiting them being sent back out to me. So far the returns system has been fine. Albeit I have no home printer, so I had to drive to a Library three miles away to print of a returns label. But one does not get charged return payments on postal, so that’s a saving.”
