“Whilst your service was excellent and it arrived promptly, the shirt was badly finished with loose threads and unsewn buttonholes with fraying edges. I have returned it but am concerned because I sent the same one to my brother as a Christmas present. He has not complained to me but I fear he may have a similar problem and is too polite to tell me.”
