“Excellent service as usual. Lovely thick, comfortable shirt, it looked good and fitted well - until I washed it! I washed it on 40 degrees as usual for a shirt, but didn't read the label which said don't tumble dry. It shrank! I can't send it back because I tumble dried - but in today's world you don't expect to buy a shirt you can't tumble dry. If I'd known before I bought then I wouldn't have bought it.”
