“These Breton shorts are good, and I'm generally pleased with them, as they do at least have 4 pockets with zips (plus some other pockets). I think they may be the only ones available anywhere that meet that criterion. Unfortunately they are really too long in the leg for my liking; though I think that is probably just the fashion at the moment. I dont know why it's the fashion, because every time you bend your legs then you have to press against the leg of the shorts, which is uncomfortable. Luckily my wife is a seamstress, and is trying to shorten them for me; but the fact that the legs are tapered by design is making that difficult too. The old Regatta ones I have (nearly worn out) did have the number of zips I want, and their legs were shorter, so they were fine. However it seems none of the Regatta ones are any good any more.”
