“This is clown sizing. Size guide (3XL) said it was for a 50" chest. Garment actually measures 60". It cost a lot to send it outside the UK.
I have emailed NewForest and not even the courtesy of acknowledgment, let alone a reply addressing the issues. How can they be so negligent? In the intervening time I have received half a dozen marketing emails. Great.

At the same time I bought another garment, and the size guide said to order one size up, so I ordered a 4XL. That garment fits me really well. There is no logic and their size advice is truly faulty. See the photos (same as I sent NewForest) yet no one will even reply to an email.
