“Upon receiving my new jacket it was clear to me that the quality is there. I made a good choice. I have yet to try it in the rain or the cold, but they can't specify water and wind proof if it isn't right! so, I can't see there being an issue with those. The jacket fits well, feels light, comfortable and warm, and there are enough pockets to satisfy anyone who carries too much stuff around with them!
