I have tried it in heavy rain and it kept me really dry no seepage at seams etc. Looking forward to the winter to try out the insulation which appears to be very good. The answer came back at 9.20pm, an hour later - that's what I call service! The jacket itself is exactly what I wanted with what promises to be a tough fabric outer and a warm soft inner with impressive attention to detail.
