I'd say it comes up generous on size (I bought a 12 but probably could have gone for a 10 even with winter layers), it is also a lovely length even though I'm 5'9.

“I bought this is Navy size 10. I am 5'3. it is a lovely coat. Very well made - lined too and extra buttons supplied.
All says quality. On me the length was just below knees.
The sleeves were about 1 cm too long. It was shaped - not boxy but flattering. Still enough room for layers.
However I returned it. Style not quite me and the sleeves would be difficult to shorten as they have a trim.
