I unfortunately ordered one that was too small for me but their ‘returns policy’, is brilliant. It is warm, and indistinguishable from its expensive relative at 5 metres!”
“Highlighted the colour closest to navy in the website. Was sent anthracite. When challenged the staff insisted the navy swatch was in fact anthracite.
The moral here is trust the words describing the colour not the swatches. The company website is WRONG and has wasted my time. When challenged would not accept this.
Had to return for exchange to completely different colour to avoid then getting it wrong again; and will no doubt be charged!
