“Service very good. Product looked great on line. When it arrived it was as expected in quality however the sizing was not what I expected. I would normally have ordered a 12 but thought I would order a 14 so that there would be plenty of room to wear a jumper underneath. Unfortunately the coat was very tight in the body even without a jumper, however the sleeves were big and too long.
Had to return it.”
“Really pleased with my coat, ordered a 3/4 length as after reading other reviews it would be long enough as I’m 5ft 2in. They were right it’s a good length and reaches my knees. Looking forward to wearing it in the rain.
I’m a size 10 on top but nearer a 12 around hips. However the size 10 I ordered was a perfect fit all over. Sleeves were a bit long, but I’ve turned cuff back and it looks good with the checked lining on show.
The delivery was very quick and I was able to track the progress on the Royal Mail website. A great quality coat at a good price compared to some of the other well known makes which we’re asking £200 for a similar product.”
“Excellent service. Coat arrived very quickly and is very good quality. I normally buy JM coats however this one is the same style but significantly cheaper .I purchased a size 14 as although I’m a 12 I use the coat all year round with a thick fleece or two! in winter.”
