“I ordered a Ladies Belted Wax Jacket as a surprise Christmas gift for my wife. It is very smart, supple, lightweight and of excellent quality. Unfortunately, partly because it is a tailored fit, it was a bit small around my wife's bust, especially if worn with a jumper underneath (it isn't padded against the cold). I repackaged it, downloaded a returns QR code from the NewForestClothing website and was able to show that code at my local Post Office for them to print a returns label. Paul Reid at NewForestClothing telephoned me to discuss a suitable replacement and offered valuable assistance with sizing the replacement garment. I was so pleased with the service to date that I ordered a wax coat for myself as well, and Paul then kept me informed by e-mail of progress on the new order. “Really love my new jacket. Well made. Soft material, not cheap and stiff. Surprisingly warm and very waterproof. Size 10 fits me well, I am 5, 5". Just wish it was a smidge longer in the arms and body. Also, would like closer spacing on the belt holes. Might get another one in a different colour as they have a great colour range. Would definitely recommend this coat. Order arrived very quickly. Website was easy to navigate, I am impressed.”
