“A lovely coat. Just what I needed. I had New Forest long wax coat some years ago and gave it to charity after about 20 years and when it became really tatty and regretted it ever since! So now I'm on a roll - next purchase the long wax coat. Beautifully made, no need for more expensive alternatives (and I seriously prefer these).”

“Very nice looking jacket, fits well size 16 and as I got chestnut colour looks very like leather so bonus! Fairly light to wear also only proviso quite cool on wearing, I felt I needed to wear a gillet underneath for more warmth. Be great for a wet warm Spring ! Shape as expected and zips up fine. “I have been eyeing a Barbour jacket for a while now but couldn't justify the cost, then was so happy to find New Forest Clothing on-line - and to fnd just as beautiful and practical jackets there - and they're made in GB. I was looking for something well made, breathable, warm, water resistant with useful pockets, not bulky or puffy and this is exaclty what I was after! It is so comfortable, it isnt restrictive and the waxed cotton keeps out the wind - keeping you warm without the bulky layers, puffiness or noisiness of other jackets. And it looks so great too. I love the soft courdroy collar that doesnt rub your neck or face, the cozy lining, detacable hood, and all the pockets! It is perfection and I absolutely love it! Thank you!”
