“I have yet to receive the jacket I ordered which is normal as it takes a bit to get to Canada but what I am frustrated about is that I was not provided a Tracking number, at least not one that works. I have emailed the info email address provided and they did get back to me in a timely manner, saying my Jacket would go out on Monday and I would then be provided a Tracking number. It is now Tuesday, and end of day in Britain, and still no Tracking number or any sort of message. That is poor costumer service, at least let the customer know what is going on even it there is a hold up.”
