“This jacket is really nice quality but unfortunately have had to return for a refund. A lot of people have said that they have exchanged for a smaller size but unfortunately I already had the smallest size possible. I am normally a size 8/10 & 5ft3 - the size 8 was like a tent on me. It feels like it has been made for a mans body frame rather than a woman's as the larger areas were across the shoulders and arms. I looked like I'd borrowed my dad's jacket (that's how big it was). It's a shame as if the fit was true to size this would be a great jacket - it has many nice features such as large pockets, a detachable hood, nice lining and felt really warm.”
