“I was disappointed because I got the sizing wrong.
The jacket has been returned and hopefully a replacement with arrive soon otherwise the jacket was perfect just what I wanted.”
“I got a size larger than usual as the size I originally ordered felt tight and I want to wear a fleece underneath in cooler weather. The returns procedure worked well. The only niggle I have is the zip. It's is a double zip. It's difficult to zip up as the two zips don't seem to align well and it comes apart occasionally when I'm seated.”
