However, a quick call to the company and the item was returned and replaced in under a week. The jacket is a nice quality and extremely good value for money. The medium fits him and treat and he can't wait to wear it. Apart from the good quality product the customer service was extremely polite and quick, not something you receive much in this day and age. Well done New Forest, I would definitely recommend purchasing from your store again.”
