“My husband likes the wax jacket because it's wind,rainproof and warm. It's many pockets add to it's usefulness. I bought it as a replacement to one he bought many years ago and as he enjoyed the style etc I deliberately chose same make and design.”
“Unfortunately, I didn’t pay enough attention to the size guide and the jacket was too large.
I went to the Post Office yesterday to return it requesting an exchange for a smaller size.
So far I am very happy with the procedures in place and look forward to receiving a replacement, which hopefully will be a better fit”
