“Happy with the product and delivery time. Only one comment to make about the Zip, lay the coat flat and the Zip is a dream to operate but when wearing the coat it is very very fiddly. It is hard to start the Zip off, I some times just start the Zip off while coat is laying down and then pull it over my head.”
