I ordered my usual size 12 but then read the sizing chart afterwards (silly me) & realised that it would probably be too big (which it was). Returned the item using the pre-paid label included in the packaging & within 2-3 days I had notification to say the replacement was on its way. setting with ironing liquid. worked a treat as it did look terribly creased, the lining is lovely to.
I have in the past had a couple of Musto's and your version is as good but at much cheaper price nearly 5 times cheaper. So I was glad I found you.”

I sent it back and decided to try a size 20, this was perfect on my hips, but absolutely huge from the waist up. I’m so very disappointed as I loved the quality of the coat.”
