“I order and paid for a coat from New Forest Clothing and no sooner had I paid I came across a different coat that I preferred.
I immediately telephoned them, spoke to a lovely chap called Liam and explained the situation.
He refunded the money straight away and I ordered my preferred coat.
Within 5 minutes I received an email confirming the refund. The following day I received my coat!!
Now that’s what I call service!!!
The coat is perfect and I would recommend the company and their products.
