“Good coat, very nicely finished and lined.
The problem is the hood which is extremely small. My head is rather average in size but the hood hardly covers it, leaving the face exposed. Also with the hood on my head, the whole coat goes up and hangs on the head, instead of shoulders, which makes the coat uncomfortable to wear.
I will try with a bigger coat size but if this won’t help, I’d need to return it.”
