Following a telephone conversation with your company I posted the coat back to you yesterday requesting a Baleno Newbury men's full length coat as a replacement. I think you should make it clear, on your web site, that the Stockman coat is not waterproof. I bought a similar waxed coat from another supplier forty years ago, which has remained waterproof until recently, which is why I selected the Stockman coat in the first instance.”
