“here is my review -5 stars, was told the coat was sent out on the 15/1/2021 & that I would receive a tracking number & to expect it in the next 5-9 days. Its now the 30/1/2021 still no coat or tracking number, well if if do not get my coat by the 5/2/2021 I want a full refund or I'm to lodge a grievance with the dept. of trade & standards.”
“Great on all counts- easy to negotiate website and place order. Size chart is accurate, I ordered small, ( I am a size 14), and it fits perfectly and there is enough room for a jumper underneath. Order arrived within a couple of days of order. What’s not to like?”
