“About the coat, sizing for me is great, it appears to live up to everything I want the extra length at the back will be great when I'm walking or watching the grandson playing football. I can't comment on the waterproof or wind resistant at the moment due to it being a dry summer. I'll let you know later.
I would like to comment on the company, I ordered it on Saturday realised I'd messed up and ordered a smock not a coat, contacted customer service that evening and apologised and asked if I change it, SUNDAY morning an email had arrived from Paul all sorted coat arrived Wednesday morning as per the first order. That's what I call customer service! (I'm not massive spending customer either).”
“Fantastic quality, British made and at a fantastic price. I would say the sizing was a tailored or slim fit as I had to exchange for next size up to accommodate my ample girth. Returns were hassle free and refund sorted ASAP. I will definitely be shopping with New Forest Clothing again.”
