“It came and it was only worn for 20 minutes and one of the buttons have broken and fallen off, I’m very disappointed! I love the jacket but I am disappointed in the quality , I would like to either send the jacket back or receive some form of compensation! Can send email of photo of broke button”
“I was looking to purchase the Monsoon Jacket but could not find anyone with stock at the size I wanted, so opted for the smock instead.
Glad that I did, although getting it on and off I am sure is not as easy as the jacket it is not too awkward either.
Yet to use this in heavy rain but in cold weather it is warm enough without overheating on strenuous walks with the dog around the New Forest.
I was concerned about the quality as Ridgeline although known as a New Zealand company has manufacturing in China, but quality seems good.”
