“Hood sits in the right place when up (doesn't fall too far back or forward), is snuggl, soft and a flattering colour. I ordered the orange 16 but exchanged it for an teak 18 (the orange was unavailable in 18). The orange is a lovely pumpkin (warm brighter orange colour and teak colour which is a soft green with brown hues). I'm a 12/14 top and a 14/16 bottom in clothing. Although you can unzip the sides at the base for more leg room, I kept the larger size as I wanted to wear a cosy jumper underneath. Zip is sturdy. Love the longer bit at the back. You can remove the hood. I hope that helps!”

The service from New Forest Clothing was exceptional… I ordered over Christmas when they were closed. Took a risk paying for next day special delivery and it arrived the day I needed it to - literally the day after they opened up again after Boxing Day. “Excellent service from New Forest, however they were badly let down by the terrible service from Royal Mail. Having paid an extra fee for delivery within 24hr
Royal Mail just didn’t even attempt to do that, in fact I received it 3 days later.
I would suggest that they start using a different courier to help back up their own excellent service. Overall it wouldn’t put me off though. If all companies had the same high level of customer focus as New Forest do then buying on line would be very hard to be.
In short, great product, as described, fair price and good customer service. I would recommend them”
