“They’re clearly having production and customer service issues so wouldn’t recommend based on my experience. I ordered an 11x14 print with antique gold frame. I received a white frame. I reached out, and they told me the measurements were also wrong. They said they’d send a new one but it would be a 5x8 print, I said okay, and I should have done my due diligence and checked their website, rather than take their word for it. I received the new print, and it didn’t look proportional to the images on the site. So I checked the dimensions listed in the details and it says an 11x14 should have an 8x10 print. I reached out again and was told that I agreed to a 5x8 reprint so that’s what I got. I was confused because that apparently wasn’t what I paid for? They said their site was wrong, and I could send both back for a refund, and then they offered a full refund and I quote, “We won’t be sending you more pieces. That’s for sure. When we confirm what we are sending to you, you ignore it.” Wasn’t looking for a full refund, a new piece OR that sass, an adjustment to match what I received vs. what I ordered and paid for would have been just fine.”
