“I really wanted to love these gloves. They arrived in perfect condition. I chose cashmere because it is warm. I tried them on once and was so disappointed because I needed them for warmth. They are not very tightly knitted together and, therefore, would not keep the fingers or hands warm. I have had other gloves like this and they are just not warm enough. I have a pair I ordered from another vendor that I wore while in Rome last Christmas an it was astonishing how warm they were because they were cashmere and extremely tight-knit and my fingers never got cold.
You should also know that for that trip to Rome I ordered multiple cashmere sweaters from you and was thrilled that they were so incredibly warm. The quality was absolutely perfect. You have beautiful products. I wish the gloves would provide more warmth. I am so sorry.”
