“I can't fault the taste and they are a nice refreshing end to my breakfast each morning. My gums are the lemon flavoured Vitamin D and Calcium for muscles and bones. They are expensive compared to my other vitamin supplier, (hence the 4 stars) but I prefer chewing the fruity gums to swallowing large tablets. I have yet to experience any noticeable change in my health, but have only taken just over a months worth and I'm not sure I will be able to tell anyway.
