And seem to be working fine (although I don’t know how you’d tell otherwise) I have noticed however that NHS guidelines recommend 400 micro grams and yet on the tub it says serving size is 2 gummies (800 micro grams) no idea as to why they recommend doubling the amount a pregnant mother needs so, I’ve just been having one gummy a day and saving myself some money seeing as they’re not the cheapest. “I have started taking the folic acid and Hair Skin and Nails products. I will update you on the results of the folic acid in time hopefully but with the hair skin and nails I can certainly see a difference in the strength of my nails and hair.
