And seem to be working fine (although I don’t know how you’d tell otherwise) I have noticed however that NHS guidelines recommend 400 micro grams and yet on the tub it says serving size is 2 gummies (800 micro grams) no idea as to why they recommend doubling the amount a pregnant mother needs so, I’ve just been having one gummy a day and saving myself some money seeing as they’re not the cheapest.
