Why did you purchase this gut health test?
My doctor wanted me to do a gut microbiome test.
“1. In order to fully reap the benefits of the test, you need to have them interpreted by a physician, preferably a digestive specialist who is a naturopath or holistic practitioner. That way they will tell you more accurately what specific pre- or probiotics will help you, rather than throwing a more general probiotic supplement at your gut. 2. Of the three gut kits I purchased, two were defective (both with cracked or leaking caps) and had to be replaced. For the price, you'd expect better quality. To Ombre's credit, their Customer Service Dept. made the replacement process easy once I let them know.”
