“I am looking at My results, Your site is not User Friendly, it is difficult to read the information and I can not print the data it comes out garbled, You did not take into consideration a Senior person, the print is so small and You could have made it More Bold in the detail print, I don't see where You will be able to show a comparison for the next test to the first one. The layout needs to be more User Friendly, You have a great product concept, Now You have CVS on board, but You really need to get Your Site Updated. Thank You”
“Easy to request, took a bit of time to receive it (couple of weeks), sent it back and receive a great load of information from the results. Matched what I thought was going on. I did this as a baseline test when I thought I was doing better than I have in the past. Very pleased and will do it again to see the changes over the next year.”
