Why did you purchase this gut health test?
I have stomach issues and thought it was bacteria related
“The information you get is a bit generic. Doesn't seem like it has much to do with me. And then when you pay for the upgraded version with more feedback, half of those look like they didn't even work. Completely useless. I don't even know what to do with any of this data either. I could have Googled all those recommended food times. And, the suggested probiotics has nothing to do with me. There's only a couple different ones and the strongest one that's for your stomach was recommended to me. But, Ombre asked me out of the gate why I'm doing this and I said because of stomach health. So I suspect regardless of my test results, they would have recommended those ones. The only thing was fun to try, but the data is weak, generic, and sometimes non-existent. I really wanted to like this as I'm serious about my gut health, but this honestly felt pointless. Hard to recommend for anything other a silly little trivial thing to do.”
