“I placed an order for the wrong product and immediately reached out to customer service. We’re talking within 5 minutes of placing the order. I was offered a gift card, minus 25% for a restocking fee, minus $6 shipping fee. All this for an item that never shipped. 0/10 would not recommend based on this experience alone.”
“Service was slow - took a long time to get results and when we did get them there wasn’t a lot of explanation about what each category meant. I had to research my own (and I’m a registered dietitian so I’m familiar with the gut microbiome).
So I now have some information but it wasn’t at all helpful. Not worth $160.”
