“Totally useless waste of time and money. My recommended foods were obscure and then it was recommended that I avoided pretty much all meat, chicken and fish, except oysters, sardines and sea bass.”
“I like that it gives me an up to date report to see if I improved or not . While my score went down, I can see what foods I need to continue eating or begin. Unfortunately it does not tell me which digestive enzymes to increase since my ombre journey began.”
“The test was easy to do. The results are set up in such a way that you might need help (as I did) to figure out how to get them to display. This means when you "view all bacteria" that you cannot do that by hitting that button. If I do that I can see ten types. You have to somehow know that you must switch the "phylum" to "species" in order to see them. So that needs improvement.”
“I received my initial order and sent it off in January only to be told it couldn’t be read. Customer support reached out to send me a replacement test the first week of February and a month later still nothing. Customer support is horrible for a service that you pay a good amount for.”

“First test came with the vile broken, understandable. Had to wait for another test to be delivered. Finally got my 2nd test, followed all instructions, and after close to a month of waiting, weeks after being told my test was received by the lab, got an email telling me my test was no good. Asked for a refund at this point, was told no, which is odd since i don't want to use the service. They stated they could get me another test to do. Honestly, waiting months for this process just not in the cards, seems disorganized and like they still have kinks to work out with delivery of their product. My naturopath gave me a recommendation and the service was prompt through the mail as well as the results. Will not be using Ombre or recommending to anyone.”
