“I have been taking some probiotics and fiber supplements for over a year. I had assumed doing this would partially make up for my poor diet. When my results came back I was surprised at the results. Over all my gut biome was a lot better than I expected except for one class of bacteria. But my report included a list of foods that should encourage the growth of these bacteria I am low in.
