“They took so long to receive my gut test and when I reached out to see if they did they claimed it got lost on the way. When I asked for a refund they claimed they only did store credit. This is a scam don’t buy it!”

When a sample does not arrive to our lab, we can offer either a replacement test kit free of charge or merchandise credit (gift card) which would contain the full amount you paid for your test kit. It also states on our refund policy that all used, opened, and registered test kits are final sale. Because your sample could not be tested, you are still entitled to a replacement test kit or merchandise credit. Please reach out to our customer support team at support@ombrelab.com so you can receive either.
