“Notification of test results don’t appear from an Ombre site/address. I didn’t see them and had to write to get them. Then I wanted to try the recommended probiotic but my only option at checkout was to subscribe (which I didn’t). Not ready for prime time.”

When your results are completed, you should have receive an email when it is ready to view. As for our probiotics, you can either make a one-time purchase or choose a subscription. If you need help placing an order, feel free to reach out to support@ombrelab.com.
