“My gut test came back with all kinds of information that i dont know what to do with. It said my microbiome is 100% similar to a heavy person. Symptom likeliness also mentioned Poor Sleep Quality, Bloating, Abdominal Pain, and Skin inflammation. It was also mentioned that I might have high diarrhea.
None of this is true. Im tall and skinny, and have none of the symptoms mentioned.
This makes me question some of the other insights provided, like what my gut "handles poorly". For example: what does it even mean that my gut handles Celiac or RA badly? What do I do about not "handling proteins well"?
Everything seems to point toward the probiotics being sold. And the marketing tactics behind that, where you're sent coupons that get progressively better each day until it gets down to only $1 for the first month, leave a lot to be desired.
Personally, I want more information on what the results mean. They're too general. And some of the information—in my case—provided is just plain wrong.”
