“I had difficulties getting a test kit that had liquid in the tube. Once they were able to send one and the liquid stayed in the tube the process went pretty smoothly. I wish they had an actual report you could download and take to your doctor. On the help page the tell you to "ctrl p" the screen, which #1 is a pain in the a** and #2 it doesn't print the screen for an easy read...pages end up getting cut off etc and you have to log into each different report to "cntl P" seriousl. ugh. A download that had all of the info in a nice succint report would be useful and you'd think they would have that, but they don't . They also don't help you, other than the probiotics, with how to move forward with the info gathered. A report on best types of exercise or which kind of diet would work best based on your findings would be so nice.”
