“Pretty easy to use. But it takes forever to get results and as of writing this review that they asked me for, I still don't have results so I can only half review their product!”

Your results are completed. Our system should have automatically sent an email notification once your results were completed. I apologize if you did not receive one.
You should be able to sign in to your Ombre account which was created under the same email you left this review with and be able to see your results. The login is: https://account.ombrelab.com/signin
Once logged in, you'll be able to see what bacteria was found in your sample from My Bacteria Levels (it's a card on the lower left-hand corner of the dashboard). You'll be presented with a table-view of bacteria found, your level, a comparison of your level vs the healthy average, and an indicator if that strain is healthy/in-range, or needs work (due to an overgrowth or deficiency). Please let me know if you're able to find this information.

“I got my test kit and results all in 3 weeks which was great to me. You do get some good info telling you where your imbalances are and what foods to avoid or increase, which is very helpful. My only disappointment is in the personalized probiotic blend. I was under the impression that it would be a custom blend specific to your gut bacteria. It is just one of the blends that they sell on their website already. I got recommended the Mood Enhancer blend and I'm sure it's because of their questionnaire that they have you take before you see what probiotic blend they choose for you. Interesting because one of the strains I am very deficient in is Bifidobacterium, but that is not listed in the Mood Enhancer blend. I bought the 3 month supply without realizing it. So that leads me to believe that the recommendation was based solely on my questionnaire and not my test results. I will try them out and see if I notice any improvements and review the probiotics once finished. Everything else I'm super happy with, just know that you will be recommended one of their generic probiotic blends, not anything custom and specific to you. So if that is your main purpose of purchasing the kit, keep that in mind.”

Glad to have facts to help my gut journey. There's the usual; (almost obnoxious) marketing to get into their subscription services (with of course the 'upgraded' packages) but I knew that was coming. “I really appreciate all of the insight received about my gut microbiome. However, the advice is not as concise as I would like. Though, using the information provided, such as bacteria that are needed to be improved, I was able to research further and have added a prebiotic to my daily regimen to feed the lacking bacteria. I will try testing again at a later date to see if there is improvement. In addition, the recommended probiotic is not as broad spectrum as the one I am currently taking and lacks several of the bacteria Ombre indicates I'm low on.”

Looking into your account under the email you left this review with, we do not see a sample kit ID registered into it. Did you perhaps use a different email to register your sample kit ID?
Also, in your Ombre test kit, it included a card (the size of a bookmark) which contains your sample kit ID (please see attached image). Do you still have this card?
