I have Ombre twice so far and they have consistently provided timely lab results. Their kit is easy to use. The lab results identify and quantify microorganisms, which is exactly what I wanted. No complaints here.

The product is ok. Better than most over the counter probiotics. However, Ombre’s order processing times are horribly slow and the shipping courier they use is extremely slow, too. Need to plan very far in advance to get what you need when you need it.

I'm finding my BM's inconsistent or constipated if I take my Ombre probiotics every day. So I take them every other day and then they don't bother me. I think this blend is helping with better quality BM's and better digestion, tho I find the latter is best aided by the right type & amount of cooked veggies daily.

Product is fine. I find the Ombre business to be quite shady. I don't trust you. Charged my credit card several times without my authorization. I notified twice and the last time you wouldn't even refund the unauthorized charge, sent the product anyways. I insisted you delete my account and delete my credit card data. I've notified AMEX. But I still get marketing and survey email from you, so I know you haven't deleted everything. I'm getting real close to taking next legal action if there is another charge.
