“The communication from ombre from sample submission to report availability is above average. I ordered from self decode and wendy myer. both were a headache.
the ombre reports are easy to read and actually have recommendations that are in plain english. you do not have to reinvent the wheel like self decode and wendy myer.
i was pleased to see on recommended foods that my body is naturally attracted to those on the list. of course, then why do I have problems, what is wrong with me(laugh)). the comparison figures for average/ideal probiotic strains makes this report valuable. however, I am not sure that all this competence translates into a true customized probiotic. I have not tried the customized probiotic yet. the review percentages showing success are pause for concern.”
