It was OK. I was expecting it to go in a little bit more detail on why I couldn't have certain foods or why it would say I couldn't have chicken but then turn around and say I could have small amounts of it. Thing of that nature

Happy with my purchase, didnt expect the shipping to me almost 2 months since I live in Canada, my packages from Europe come faster, plus you need to pay import fees. But the product itself gives you a lot of useful information

The shipping process under Thryve has now been readjusted under Ombre. - To give you an update, we still offer probiotics to Canada but have decided to stop shipping international gut kits at the moment. I am pleased with the information I received about my gut health, and access the information daily, but I should have waited to order the probiotics because a week later I got an email with a discount code to purchase the first month's for $1. I tried to use the discount code to order more probiotics, thinking I could at least use the discount on a subsequent purchase, but the code no longer worked. The whole thing has left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth.

Didn’t really understand any of it and felt it was just a ploy to get us to buy stuff. Very disappointing and feel sad that they seemto be taking advantage of individuals who really need help.
